今日はどんな会話になるのか、さっそく見てみましょう！
今日のテーマは【物を失くした時】
海外に行くときには、物を失くしそうになる場面がよくあります。
そしてまた、残念なことに、失くしてしまうんです…
持ち物を紛失したことを届け出るときには、いくつかの質問に答えて失くした物の特徴を説明しないといけませんが、これがまた難しかったりしますよね。
今回は、遺失物の届け出をする際の会話の例を見てみましょう！
At the metro station
You:
Good afternoon. I’m looking for a lost item.
Station Clerk:
Hello. What item is that? And when and where did you last see it?
You:
My wallet. I think it was in Trindade Station on the A Line train headed for Sete Bicas Station, around 30 minutes ago.
Station Clerk:
Alright. How would you describe it?
You:
A bit old black leather wallet.
Station Clerk:
What are the contents?
You:
My I.D, credit cards, some pictures, and some money I think.
Station Clerk:
Ok, let me check with the lost and found office.
…
Station Clerk:
They have it. It would seem someone found it and took it there.
You:
Oh, I’m so glad to hear that.
Station Clerk:
The Lost and Found office is in Campanhã Station, and it closes in 1 hour. So make sure you get there as soon as possible.

あなた：
こんにちは。失くしたもの探しているのですが。
駅員：
こんにちは。何を失くしましたか？最後に見たのはいつ、どこでですか？
あなた：
私の財布です。たしか３０分前くらいに、トリンダーデ駅で、A線セテ・ビカス行きの電車 の中でした。
駅員：
承知しました。どのような財布ですか？
あなた：
少し古い黒いレザーの財布です。
駅員：
中には何が入っていますか？
あなた：
IDカード、クレジットカード、写真が数枚とお金もいくらか入っていたと思います。
駅員：

あなた：
あぁ、よかったです！
駅員：
遺失物取扱所はカンパニャン駅にあるんですが、あと１時間で閉まってしまうので、 できる限り早く行くようにしてください。
